Dr. Kelly is a 1977 graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. He has been practicing for over 20 years in North Haven. Dr. Kelly has earned Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry. He has been on the faculty and has taught part time at the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine for over ten years. He is also a member of the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
